My name is Brian. I make web pages, create maps in GIS, dig up dinosaur bones, and code scripts to evaluate gambling strategies. I love the challenges that come with being a software developer; figuring out how to make a block of code function correctly is always an exciting puzzle to solve.
I've always had a passion for Environmental Science and the outdoors in general. In 2016, I returned to school to earn my Professional Science Master's Degree in Geoscience. In some ways, looking at layers of rock formations to try to understand what the Earth was like in the past is a lot like staring at a block of code trying to figure out how to make it work.
